I signed up for the 'rebates from home' ad that I received via e-mail on May 03, 2008. They also took the money at that time and it was advertised that NO monies were required at that time. 90 day money back guaretee if not totally satisfied.

I was never able to find the rebates from home as described in the ad. During the initial frustration period, I called for assistance to no avail.

I was able to contact this company 6/11/08, to complain of services NOT received and to cancel.

I did get a cancellation #892368, but never received the promised " money back " guarantee.

Where do I go from here?
