Lied About Service And Stole $197 From Me

Listen up everybody. I was scammed by Angela Penbrook Production. I've been relentless in trying to get a refund back of $197 since 3-6-08. I will not give up. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General Of California, The FBI, The FTC, The Attorney General Of Texas, and the BBB of Irvine, California. From the BBB I was able to get the real scoop on the company's information. So here it is:

I suggest that all who have been scammed file complaints via the internet with all the agencies above and including the Attorney General of your state of residence. If you live near the business organized a picket sign march, get the local news involved. Give them ***! I'm from the state of Texas and we do no take kindly to thieves. Good Luck to all.

I guess I am not the only one who can't get their money back. I have been waiting since June and they told me it was credited to my account but I still haven't seen it. They want copies of my bills but I 'm not quite sure I want to even do that for them. what do we do?

I too have fallen for this scam. I have been trying to get my $197.00 refund since April and adter receiving "canned" email responses to my request, I finally started calling and I keep getting the same person (she always changes her name) and the same story...."Your refund has been processed, just give it 2 business days to process"....well, it's now been over 90 days and still no refund. I so wish someone would take them to the cleaners like they took us. Watch your back Angela....this will all come back to you....Karma!!!!

I too have been scammed. They actually called me, but then the number they gave no longer existed and the links quickly dissappeared.

Same here they got my $197 and no software or no one called to explain or nothing. I am trying to reach them so i can get my money back but they are no where to be found.Dont know what to do.

I have experienced the exact same situation. I signed up for this service and they immediately charged me the $197.00 I never received the 'software' they promised me. I have sent dozens of emails to the addresses that I could find for them. The phone number they include on the original email they send out is not a working number. I will now try the phone number I see above.
